Rollersnakes Skateboard Mail Order Advert 1990

Rollersnakes Skateboard Advert from 1990This Rollernsakes advert is a classic if you want to see what prices were like in 1990. Santa Cruz, S.M.A and Magnusson decks all cost £43.99 while Powell and G & S were £47.99. A Death Box board would set you back £40.
Stussy T-shirts were £14.99, Stussy TomTom shirts cost £32.99 and their Homeboy Jacket was yours for £200. They even stocked Anarchic Adjustment at £11.99.
In the shoe section we find Vision Streetwear DV8 or DV9 for £62.00, Airwalk Vics £44.99 and Airwalk Prototypes at £54.99. Ethnees (!) Natas were £58.00 and Converse All-Stars were £24.99. You could also buy Pacer Hogs for £24.99.

The wheel list is miles long, mostly priced between £25 and £30 a set and there’s a colossal list of plastic bits and pieces to clutter up your board.
Skate videos? That’s a much shorter list: Ban This, Nightmare on Elm Street, Streets on Fire, Public Domain, Animal Chin, Bones II, Shakle Me Not and Gotcha Grind all for around £30 each. I’d go for the boxed set DVD of that lot…
